Surveyor's Real Property Report (SRPR)

A Surveyor’s Real Property Report (SRPR) is a detailed plan prepared by a licensed Ontario Land Surveyor. It illustrates:

• Property boundaries
• Fence locations
• Buildings, additions, and structures
• Features close to the boundary
• Easements, rights-of-way, and other title information
• Actual measured frontages and setback distances

SRPRs are commonly required for real estate transactions, construction, municipal permitting, and legal boundary verification. They provide a clear and authoritative representation of the property as it exists on the ground.

3. Property Address (the address to be surveyed)
4. Existing Survey Plan If you have one, please attach it to your email.
5. Description of Required Services
   Include details such as why you need the survey (e.g., building permit, boundary dispute, encroachment), topographic detail, and if you would like a boundary markout to be completed, please indicate the number of the property lines you need marked.

Once your request is received, our team will review the details and put you in contact with a licensed Ontario Land Surveyor for an exact quote. Pricing is based on location, lot size, and the number of property lines being marked.
