Effective January 2023, LSR’s public-facing site will be closed down and general public will be directed to PYB for all public sales. Building on LSR’s yearslong relationship with PYB and their success in attracting and serving the public, we are doing this in an effort to improve the customer service experience and increase the plans sales of all LSR associates.

As you know, PYB has acted as a second “front end” for LSR’s public plan sales for many years. Investments in advertising/marketing, and partnership development with prominent organizations like Geowarehouse and real estate brokerages have created large volumes of traffic from the public. Once customers arrive at PYB the use of municipal addressing, map-based searching, and well-trained customer service staff providing support and education, ensures a high-end public customer experience.
