Embedded Search Widget
PYB has successfully used embeddable search widgets on a number of websites for many years. A few simple lines of HTML included on any existing website provides full search capabilities, including handling address clean-up, and a direct link to view information and surveys for the target property.
LandPro Conference Discounts & Partnership Promotion
Partnering municipalities will receive a premium discount on LandPRO Conference tickets for up to 10 employees in their local Building and Permits department. Participating municipalities will also be highlighted in our Partnership Promotion during conference advertising and on the day of the event.

Free Education Through The BoundaryWiseTM Academy
The BoundaryWise academy is 8 courses covering land and Boundary information, specifically made for land professionals in Ontario. As licensed members of the AOLS we guarantee the most reliable information when it comes to land and property boundaries.
The CBW designation that is achieved after passing the program is endorsed by Teranet (GeoWarehouse), the provincial authority in charge of land title data.

Quarterly Reporting
Purchases made within your municipality will be recorded and input into a data summary which will be submitted to you quarterly. These usage and purchase reports can aide in planning and program development.
Below is an example of the information your quarterly report could entail. Your report will be dependant on the partnering options you have selected.

Custom Search Feature
When a resident of your municipality cannot find a survey plan available for their property, we will offer them a discount on our Custom Search feature which entails a deep search by one of our qualified professionals into finding an existing legal survey plan for their property.
This service takes the burden of finding a plan off of the homeowner and possibly avoids the costly expense of having to commission a new survey of the property.
