Education Seminars
The Protect Your Boundaries team firmly believe that education is the most important element needed for understanding the total scope of the property boundary challenge, including its implications for real estate professionals and the communities they serve. Accordingly, and especially in today's environment, agents must arm themselves with that information and knowledge which alone is capable of safeguarding their interests, while promising both them, and their clients, future prosperity.
Our "Understand Land Seminar Series" has been intentionally crafted to meet such a purpose. The program introduces agents to the new boundary reality, and clarifies what this means to them; furthermore, it teaches agents how to read a survey a plan, and emphasizes its value in real estate transactions; and finally, the series proposes strategies to help agents navigate some of the pitfalls that title insurance and changes in the law have created for them, and their clients.
